Licensed Ground Stationary EZ-Test Plan Templates

Ground Stationary EZ-Test Plans Templates are licensed for a one year period and are renewable.  Each environmental test plan is compliant with MIL-STD-810 Task 405. EMI/EMC test plans are compliant with MIL-STD-461 per DI-EMCS-80201-B.

The Importance of Proper Documentation for Test and Evaluation and Ground Stationary EZ-Test Plans.

Each Ground Stationary EZ-Test Plans Template package includes one or more procedures which are commonly applied to ground stationary applications. We also have taken into consideration options for both operational and storage types of environmental testing procedures in each plan and the requisite parameters.

Test Plans Template Packet Contents

Environmental Test plan packets include:

  • Test Plan Template (protected PDF).  This document, pert the requirements of MIL-STD-810 provides procedures applicable to aircraft military applications. 
  • Test Plan Addendum (Word document).  This document is to be completed by the customer to document Unit Under Test (UUT) specific data.  This data includes modes of operation, pass/fail criteria, and functional and operational tests to be performed during the procedure as required by MIL-STD-810.
  • Test Lab Form (PDF Form).  This form communicates to lab the procedure to be performed, tailored test parameters, and test report requirements specified by MIL-STD-810.
  • Test Data Form (PDF Form).  This document allows for entry of all pretest, during test, and post test information as required by MIL-STD-810.
  • Test Label (Word document).  The label provides identification of photographs to be taken during the test process.

EMI/EMC and Electrical plan packets include:

  • Test Plan Template (protected PDF).  This document provides essential information detailing Equipment Under Test (EUT) set up, execution of test procedure, pass/fail criteria, and tolerances.  These test plans are written per the requirements of DI-EMCS-80201.
  • Test Plan Addendum (Word document).   This document is to be completed by the customer to include Equipment Under Test (EUT) specific information as required by DI-EMCS-80201.  This information includes Modes of Operation, Performance Checks, and Monitoring Equipment description.
  • Test Lab Form (PDF Form).  This form communicates to lab the procedure to be performed, test level parameters, and test report requirements specified by DI-EMCS-80201.
  • Test Label (Word document).  The label provides identification of photographs to be taken during the test process.
  • Tests to be Performed (PDF Form).  This form communicates all other methods of test to be performed by the test facility per requirements of MIL-STD-461.
  • Method Specific Forms (PDF Form).  These forms provide a means of data collection for the test witness as required for specific test methods.  These include forms for susceptibility and electrostatic discharge testing.
